From homeless to entrepreneur coming from Sparkbrook I had to do things differently, annoy people and then start to do everything and anything so I can expeirience more to remove my age as a barrier. I saw it as an opportunity to make a difference in how my local community, culture can strive to reach success and not just be comfortable in a little box.

What do you consider to be your greatest strengths?

My Greatest Strength would be the ability to instantly see an opportunity for an idea to work. I always look at creating that win-win situation adding value to those who I meet.

What do you hope to achieve in 2016?

My goal is to become a key person of influence when it comes to working with millennials as sales professionals.

What do you want to do with yourself five years from now?

Well I aiming in 5 years time to take myself in 5 years?

Well I want to be able to create a team of millennials who are coaches to become part of a global enterprise transforming millennials into high performance sales professionals for every industry.

What piece of advice would you give to people today?

All I would say after years of making mistakes is aim to be the best at what you do because everything else will come with it. I end with a quote:

"See yourself as an archer, your life as the arrow and the target as your success. Develop yourself to become a better archer"
