Bornstar Poka

Bornstar (Ifeanyi Obiojogwu) is a budding Nigeria Artist, singer, songwriter, and musician from the Eastern part of Nigeria, Delta state to be precise, who was born and grew up in Las Giddy, Lagos State, Nigeria.

He’s from a family of six. His passion for the art of music emerges from a very tender age; listening and singing along to sweet reggae and dancehall vibe during his Secondary School days. In no time he soon distinguished himself making it obvious he was born for the stage, emerging in various local lead roles during his early childhood days.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing the game of Long Tennis as a hobby. You really don’t want to be his opponent on the field.

“I see music as a way of life, as an intricate part of my culture which I’ve grown to love and appreciate.

I know how to touch the hearts and minds of people, through positive music, ‘cos many out there are weak and mislead but I can’t afford to get weary.

So my desire is to enlighten and orientate the people out there positively through my music.

Music makes it easy for me to meet and interact with people of varying cultures and languages and people I never hoped to encounter in my lifetime. It has taken to places where people can only wish and aspire to be.

It’s absolutely amazing how music has brought me to the limelight, to a life of fame and fortune. Truly I’ve found my perfect ‘El Dorado’, I’m home at last.”
