Icy has worked in the medical field as a Clinical Dietitian for the past 20 years, and realized that the typical 9 to 5 job lacked passion and stifled her personal growth as a woman. Thanks to the business relationship she adopted with her life partner Kerry, Icy has taken the world by storm as a Passion Party consultant, where she gets to do what she loves, educating, and creating a safe and comfortable environment for men and women to explore and enhance their sensuality and sexuality, as well as provide an opportunity to create a recession proof income for themselves in a Billion Dollar industry and finally fire their boss! Newly married in August 2011, Icy discovered after planning her own wedding that she could to provide the same service for a profit, where the birth of Glam Events By Icy came to life. Glam Events provide event planning services from Weddings to baby showers. With Glam Events, no event is too big or too small.

Founder of the F.A.B.B. Movement (Females Against Being Broke), Icy has decided to create a movement of smart, energetic business minded women where they celebrate, educate, encourage, and nurture, the entrepreneurial spirit of women. During her new found entrepreneurial journey, Icy has found that as women we have such a strong power when produced in numbers. We can run towards fearlessness to achieve goals in expanding our businesses, but there are some that fall by the waste side that need that hand to be held to promote growth as many have done for her.
