Currently working with the IBM Smarter Commerce & Digital Front Office business development team, as a Customer Journey Analyst. I firmly believe in putting the customer at the heart of digital and social strategy. To drive business transformation first we must understand the psychology of why the customer chooses to engage or if not why; social media analytics are a crucial component in gaining that understanding, and one which fascinates me!

Driving female diversity in business and technology is an ongoing challenge and passion of mine. I will be running a series of seminars through IBM to encourage more female graduates into business and technology roles by dispelling the myth that IBM is only for 'tech geeks'.
