I've worked with businesses that were on the brink of closure, I've worked with businesses unwilling to change and businesses too willing to change! I've worked hard with the owners and the team to turn things around and make the business profitable. I have a passion for small business and their success. Our communities small businesses are what bring millions of dollars back into the local economy. Too often I see a small business struggle and I see I can help. I am here, I am experienced, I understand what it takes to make it, what changes need to be made and how to implement them, I want to help! I want to see people succeed; it's very important to me. It's sometimes difficult to see the forest through the trees, to really see what tools are needed to change what management is doing. Change is hard. It's easy to think that what you're doing is the right way, that, eventually, everything will work out in the end. To think that you may have to drop all of your hard work for a different approach is scary to some. However, it may end up being the best decision of your life.
