##
Mission Statement:
Formerly Incarcerated Lives Matter -a movement to support and encourage the exchange of written communication between citizens--including groups and organizations--and millions of incarcerated Americans.
___
If only 20% of the relatives or friends of the 2.2 million incarcerated Americans today sent and received letters and mail, the criminal justice system would be forever changed and the U.S. Postal Service would gain a new ally; the hundreds of thousands of Americans who depend on the U.S. Postal Service.
Just imagine if 100's of churches, businesses, civic and philanthropic organizations adopted a significant percentage of our 100,000 plus men, women and children behind bars who have connected with Incarcerated Lives Matter II.
Below is a short list of instruments that will change their lives forever and it is our desire to help provide this change through community advocacy.
