I am a trained Dancer and Musician and hold a BA in Music and Human Movement. I am ETM level 2 trained and also L2 Gym instructor, Level 3 Pilates and Personal Trainer. I also teach Zumba Fitness, Fitsteps, Metafit, insanity, Piyo, Clubbercise and I teach Zumba Gold in local care homes.I am trained in bootcamp and circuits and will launch classes in the future ...I am a professionally trained cellist and for the last 20 years have performed locally with a number of theatre groups within the orchestras. I teach cello and piano locally.
