Inger Loftheim Rood is VP and Chief of Staff for the Office of the CEO at Florida Blue, a company she has been working with for close to two decades. Inger Rood has lived in many places around the world. She believes that growing up as the daughter of a military father - which meant the family spent time in the Middle East - has helped her to become much more of an expert, while, at the same time, learning to adjust to a variety of different cultures.
In her position at GuideWell, Florida Blue, Inger Loftheim Rood shows has used her leadership skills to manage the efficient operation of the office of the CEO, "coordinating the strategic, cross-functional activities of the executive office," among other similar tasks.
