Investar USA is a real estate investment and development company focusing on acquisition, renovation, repositioning and management of real estate assets. From 2008 to 2017, the company assembled and managed a portfolio of single-family homes in Maricopa, County in Arizona. In 2013 they began focusing on multifamily rental and repositioning, acquiring apartment complexes in Arizona, Texas, and Nevada.

Led by directors Ron Cadman and Travis Cadman, the Investar USA team has over six decades of combined experience in real estate and portfolio management.
