Hey there, I’m a financial advisor to startups and live in San Francisco, CA. My experience spans the entire capital stack from equity to hybrid financing to debt.

I work directly with founders of early-stage startups to enable them to identify the appropriate type of capital, successfully secure the funding, and effectively deploy it.

I also teach financial modeling for startups either one-on-one with founders or in a classroom setting, which have included traditional and alternative classrooms such as UC Berkeley and General Assembly.
