An experienced hospitality professional, Ivan Delic previously worked for several years as general manager of the Hotel Azimut in Budva, Montenegro, neighboring the islet Sveti Stefan. He oversaw eight staff members and directed all operations, from guest reception to accounts receivable. Currently, Ivan Delic builds on his acquired skills by studying management in the hospitality and tourism industry through the Montenegro-based Hospitality Education Center (HEC). Also an entrepreneur interested in the market for organic foods, Mr. Delic has owned the organic goat cheese farm Farma Rezevici.
In 1987, he competed as Yugoslavia’s top-ranked junior judoka in the 78-kilogram weight division and won distinction as Montenegro’s Sportsman of the Year. He remains involved in judo today as an instructor for developing judo practitioners.
