Johnny Lopez is a Technical Director in Modern Work at Microsoft. Johnny has been working in the Microsoft community for the last 15+ years in various roles and 10+ years in Leadership Roles.

Former 2x Microsoft MVP and passionate evangelist who attributes his professional experiences, technical expertise and real-world Microsoft 365 content services and Power Platform experience with organizations.

Johnny is the President for the Houston Office 365 Community and HOU365 Summit Chair. He served 10 years in the U.S. Navy serving on 2 Aircraft Carriers (USS Eisenhower & USS Nimitz) as an Electrical Work Center Supervisor. He graduated from the University of Phoenix of Houston in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems.

BASEBALL COACH
Johnny Lopez is a native of Houston, Texas, where he excelled in three sports during his high school years. He played baseball, basketball and football and received several awards such as All-Conference, All-County, and honorable mentions. After graduating in 2000, he joined the United States Navy and served for 10 years from 2001 to 2011. He never gave up his love for baseball and played competitive USSSA men's softball. Johnny and his wife have a family of ten, including 5 athletes who play select baseball and softball in age groups from 7 to 15. He has been coaching youth sports for more than five years.
