BASEBALL COACH
Johnny Lopez is a native of Houston, Texas, where he excelled in three sports during his high school years. He played baseball, basketball and football and received several awards such as All-Conference, All-County, and honorable mentions. After graduating in 2000, he joined the United States Navy and served for 10 years from 2001 to 2011. He never gave up his love for baseball and played competitive USSSA men's softball. Johnny and his wife have a family of ten, including 5 athletes who play select baseball and softball in age groups from 7 to 15. He has been coaching youth sports for more than five years.
