James Leno

I am an IT Support Team Lead here in Florida with a genuine passion for technology who loves to learn, teach, mentor and develop team members.

At an early age I was told constantly 'You can do or be anything you want to- if you just put your mind to it'. Those words have resonated with me to this day. Merging that advice with my strong mechanical aptitude, intuitive nature and intense desire to see how things work have enable me to be adept at analyzing problems and resolving them.

My journey in life started with being an Automotive Mechanic, Auto body repairman then shifting to a Draftsman, Civil engineering assistant and then working in many areas of general construction.

But with my love of science and technology and purchase of my 1st computer that it became evident that IT was the industry I truly wanted to be immersed in to help others and make a difference. Since 2001 to present I've partnered with several talented IT people performing many roles while continuing to grow and contribute to others. Love challenges and to master learning new things.
