I started in politics with Barack Obama & Bobby Rush in 1999. I was 13. I began blogging in 2003, & designing WordPress websites in 2005. I started my own business (Design Different Consulting), I was 20, working out of my bedroom. By 2012 Design Different (now xDesign) was headquartered in the historic Kress Building. From the beating heart of Downtown Durham, our staff is committed to offering triple-bottom-line services to nonprofits and local small businesses throughout the Triangle. We do good work, and we work for only those who are good. That's the commitment I've held since I was a 13 year old idealistic boy slowly watching his local State Senator become the President of the United States.
