I started my career as a software engineer. It soon became clear to me that my strength lies in guiding and managing people and assuring quality. So I developed myself further in QA, QM and project management and I found my passion in Agile / Scrum software development.

As a project manager, quality manager and consultant, I have more than twenty years of experience, in recent years mainly as Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
