Jacob Graff

An accomplished health care and business development professional in Los Angeles, California, Jacob Graff has guided operations at a well-known eldercare company since 1986. Over the years, Jacob Graff has acquired, developed, and managed skilled care, sub-acute care, residential, and assisted living facilities. In addition to developing a new property, he has led efforts to complete multiple upgrades of various wings in health care facilities.

Through more than three decades of executive-level management experience in the health care sector, Jacob Graff has become particularly skilled at developing successful business management and compliance company models. Prior to pursuing a career in health care development and management, he studied law at DePaul University Law School. He also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois.
