James Kasim

James Kasim has distinguished himself in the realms of business and academia, including serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California. In that role, James Kasim taught classes on entity structure and taxation to graduate students enrolled in the university’s Master of Real Estate Development Program in the prestigious Lusk Center. In addition, Mr. Kasim is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. He has held several positions with public and privately held companies, including participating in initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions.

Mr. Kasim received his education at California State University, Northridge, and the University of Southern California. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting at the former, and he received a Master of Business Administration from the latter, where he graduated with honors. He has also been sought by the press for his expertise on real estate investment. He appeared in an interview with The Debt & Equity Journal in 2006.
