James McLeod
Sound Engineer, Electronics Engineer, and Biometric Data manager in London, UK
Since running sound for his first play at school in 1983 James McLeod has worked on over two hundred different productions of various types - plays, musicals, and pantomimes. He has also on occasion provided sound for other events, including weddings, parties, and live bands.
Most of the theatre productions have been based in and around South East London and with main two groups, the Mitre Players and the Geoffrey Whitworth Theatre, but he has also worked with a number of other different companies, including West End Kids, and been involved in touring shows to Devon and Cornwall, including over twenty productions at the world-famous Minack Theatre.
Although many venues have comprehensive sound systems, James has an extensive range of his own sound equipment, including mixers, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, radio mics, and MiniDisc and CD players which are available for hire if required.
