James Padlock

James Padlock is an administrator, coach, behavior specialist, special education and exceptional education teacher. His years as an educator led to his expertise in planning and presenting differentiated lessons within multiple grade levels. He is also proficient in achieving assigned academic and performance data marks. Having handled different positions throughout his career, he became competent in leading a variety of departments and programs.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education from COE College. He obtained a certification and a Master of Science degree in Administrative Leadership from UW Milwaukee.
