"It is hard to fail, but it is worse to never have tried to succeed." This is a quote I have lived by, and one that has caused me both sad memorys, and the best ones of my life.

It is with this quote I have learned to move on and learn from were things have gone wrong and how I can come back to it, and succeed. And from that attitude I have learned to play many sports, ride a bike and why not to stick my hand into the fire! But most importantly, While saying this quote over and over in my head, i walked into an audition in 2006, and after having not got the part, (and almost giving up until a pep talk from a friend). I practiced over and over and in 2007 i returned and succeeded. Thus starting the rollercoaster which was to lead me onto the stage and into the spotlight forever, so i could follow my dreams! And now from 2007, 5 years later, I have travelled playing music and singing everything from Elvis Presley to Opera.

Being on stage for me is magical. Everything from the auditions, the rehersals right up the very shows itself and wandering round backstage wondering were the heck am i suppose to be =]. And when that curtain lift's, and the lights come down on you and the fellow cast members,that is a dream come true. Everything from singing, dancing and acting (well...trying to, haha). From the waiting at the side stage filled with adrenaline wondering whats the next line I have to say, and when do I enter a scene? (Even though I have done the routines and rehersals for it like a million times before and stayed up alot of nights with the script learning it off and practicing in front of a mirror).

And its not all just about the show. The most important thing is the people you meet. Working with the people around you, who you know have the same interest as you, and who you build lasting friendships with is amazing as everyday you's come in, and one smile can say alot =]

That is a dream come true for me and I know it is the just the beginning to a journey,and one I plan to relish every step off =]
