Jane Lewis
JANE LEWIS (LIU Zhi Lian) is a designer and facilitator of human development process. She received a PhD in Botany from the University of Hawaii in the United States (1990) after which she spent 15 years working in marine biology and philosophy of science, developing and teaching courses and participative workshops in taxonomy at the National Taiwan Ocean University in Taiwan. She is founder and CEO of a small Hawaii-based environmental non-profit and was co-founder of Taiwan's first facilitation company, Open Quest. Her clients include companies, government agencies, universities, foundations and communities. Dr. Lewis currently works regularly with individuals and companies in Taiwan, China and the United States primarily focusing on strategic planning, organizational change and leadership development including mentoring.

She helped found Taiwan's first facilitation company (Open Quest) and founded and heads a small non-profit based in Hawaii.
