Jarrod Edens

As founding president of Edens Land Corp. in Durham, North Carolina, Jarrod Edens draws on diverse experience in land development and civil design. He began his career as a graduate of Virginia Tech, where he received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Jarrod Edens then joined the North Carolina Department of Transportation, where he served as an assistant district engineer for three years.
He then transitioned into the private sector and into management, serving for another three years as a project manager with Horvath & Associates, after which he accepted a similar position with Chas. H. Sells in Cary, North Carolina.
In 2004, Jarrod Edens founded his current firm. Prior to building the company's suite of services in land planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture, he took on additional roles as civil department manager for Trigon Engineering, branch manager for Milone & MacBroom. He now focuses full-time on Edens Land Corp., where he promotes a company culture of innovation, technical expertise, and environmental responsibility.
