Living on a small farm in Millers Forest, I’m surrounded by sprawling gardens, fruit trees, and a lively mix of animals—including pygmy goats, chooks, ducks, geese, four dogs, and a cat. My passion for growth and restoration extends beyond the land to my work, where I help people regain movement, strength, and confidence in their bodies.

I’m a dedicated physiotherapist with a hands-on approach, providing personalized, one-on-one treatments in my modern clinic set in a peaceful, natural environment. With a background in sports, pediatric, and elderly care, I specialize in helping clients of all ages improve function, manage pain, and regain independence.

I have a special interest in pediatric bedwetting and have worked extensively with the local major hospital, developing techniques to help children properly use their pelvic floor and empty their bladder. I also incorporate reformer Pilates into treatments, along with dry needling, massage, and joint mobilization to support recovery and long-term health.

Having built and managed a large physiotherapy network in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, I now focus on a smaller, more personal clinic. Here, I work with NDIS participants, private patients, Medicare, and WorkCover clients, tailoring treatments to suit individual needs. My goal is to help people move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results—all in a welcoming, down-to-earth environment.

Let’s work together to get you back to doing what you love.
