Jason Fane

Outside of his professional responsibilities as a real estate developer with decades of experience, Jason Fane affiliates with charitable organizations and causes. He opened a soup kitchen in the Middle East that provides for those in need. Additionally, Jason Fane volunteers at Best Buddies, an organization that cultivates opportunities for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Mr. Fane is the president of The Fane Organization, a real estate company focused on developing, managing, and enhancing the properties under its umbrella. His sister, Daria Fane, is vice president. Together, the brother-sister duo acquires properties and repurposes them into lots for modern homes.

Although based in New York, Mr. Fane is managing real estate development projects outside of the United States, in addition to his properties in New York City. The Chaz Yorkville, currently under construction in Toronto, Canada, will offer luxury condominiums to residents following its completion in 2015.

When not working and engaging in philanthropic efforts, Jason Fane enjoys reading and cooking a hardy soup. A frequent traveler, he likes to visit cultural hotspots such as Toronto and Hong Kong.
