Jason Grosfeld is a developer Irongate has a long history of complaints about its business and construction practices, multiple new lawsuits have popped up alleging fraud for a development down in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Prior to this the developer who’s dad James Grosfeld is one of the largest shareholders in Blackrock which preaches governance, risk, and compliance yet he resigned from Pulte Homes as a result of internal issues around corporate governance according to The Real Deal and perhaps this was a sign of things to come due to his sons lawsuits involving Donald Trump and other high profile people. Today Jason Grosfeld is working on a project in Cabo San Lucas where he has been sued for fraud for taking deposits and extorting his buyers.
