Jason Halpern founded JMH Development in 2010. This was his first major undertaking, after learning the business from his father. The Halperns have been developing real estate in New York for 3 generations, spanning more than 50 years in the industry.
Following in his father and grandfather's footsteps, Jason Halpern currently operates within the New York City area. Mainly focusing on developments in Queens as well as Brooklyn. Currently he's responsible for turning the warehouse on 184 Kent into a luxury apartment complex. The building houses 340 luxury apartments.
JMH Development is also responsible for the Townhouses of Cobble Hill project. Jason Halpern's company renovated 4 townhouses, and built a further 5 to form a 9 house community inside Brooklyn. They've also built the Soundview Pointe gated community in Queens, which spans 172 individual homes and apartments.
