I worked directly with sales teams implementing automation systems, product configurators, and inbound and outbound marketing platforms.

That experience shaped how I think:

My background also includes Chemical Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Statistics, and Law Enforcement. Those disciplines shaped my analytical approach, structured decision-making, and calm advisory posture in an environment that often feels noisy and reactive.
