Jason Rogers, MA

I'm a Pastor, Human Resources Professional, Entrepreneur, and leader of people. I've spent my entire career gathering a wealth of experience in ministry, business, non-profit development and management, faith-based organizations, and human resources consulting. I've founded 3 businesses and 1 non-profit organization. I specialize in leadership Development and Organizational Management. Soon after High School I was Founder and President of my own non-profit organization. Now, years later, I have gathered millions of dollars in non-profit funding. I’ve enjoyed a very successful career in Non-Profit Development. I have expanded organizations from 1 location to multiple locations across multiple states, worked on National Projects for Children’s Health and Research, served as a City Council Member working with community stakeholders, been invited to the White House and had dinner with the President and met with Arne Duncan Secretary of Education to discuss future policy and legislation, all the while faithfully serving in ministry, teaching and preaching Jesus. From 2014 to 2015 I served Mars Hill Church as HR Director and Executive Pastor Resident. I managed staff at all of our 16 locations including Central Operations. I hold a Master's in Organizational Management and a Bachelor's in Psychology. I have a wonderful wife of nearly 13 years and we have one amazing son.
