Jaume Juan

Jaume is the CEO of ApeSoft and its worldwide holdings. Jaume founded ApeSoft in 1994. As the Founder, he was involved with everything required to get the company started, such as designing and coding the products, developing services and growing sales and marketing. Since founding the company, Jaume has led the growth of sales to new customers, expansion into new markets and the development of many partner relationships.

Since beginning of 2012 he's focusing the company to offer solutions based on Enterprise Gamification: the use of game dynamics to improve companies performance; and launched the first enterprise gamification platform developed in Spain.

Jaume holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona. He is skilled in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Sales leadership, fund raising and new business startup. Jaume is a frequent public speaker in Gamification, Strategic Planning and BI.
