Jay Stephen Ogor is the founder and chief executive officer of the telecommunications infrastructure company Raeanna Nigeria Limited and the oil and gas operational service provider JandL Oil and Gas Limited. Under Jay Stephen Ogor’s direction, both of these companies have operated out of Lagos, Nigeria, since 2002.

An innovative company in several different aspects, Raeanna Nigeria Limited was the first market organization to provide nationwide rural telephone access and to launch a national rural broadband initiative. Mr. Ogor continues to manage and maintain these networks through a staff of approximately 200 employees.

He concurrently oversees 250 staff members as the head administrator at JandL Oil and Gas. Concentrating on marine offshore operations, JandL provides a range of drilling and pipeline services.

In addition to his senior administrative responsibilities, he volunteers as a member of ATCON (the Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria). This industry nonprofit represents the best interests of approximately 100 Nigerian telecommunications companies.
