Born in DeKalb County, Georgia, I am an Emerging Artist at Birmingham Southern College (BSC) located in Birmingham, Alabama. While the doctors did not expect me to make it, I entered this world despite the odds at two pounds, fourteen ounces. Since the early age of childhood, I have always had a passion for creativity. This in turn has allowed me to utilize my passion for painting to overcome challenges with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Early childhood education began in Private Schools with Saint Paul, New Hope and Sardis Christian School. Afterwards, the Hewitt Trussville School system became home until I auditioned and began the Alabama School of Fine Arts, entering seventh grade. During my early childhood years, I attended Space One Eleven Summer Art Program, where I have later become a Volunteer Art Assistant Instructor. In addition to painting, I possess a passion for volunteering. This passion has allowed me to complete various community service projects with Youth Serve, People to People in Costa Rica, City of Birmingham service projects, BSC service projects, among other community service projects.
