Jaz Banga

Jaz is a dual-national, British-Canadian entrepreneur who lives and works in San Francisco, CA. He is best known for delivering Google Wi-Fi in the city of San Francisco. The Union Square neighborhood still enjoys free Wi-Fi access thanks to Jaz. Currently, he is the CEO of ProximityWare, Inc - a start-up launched at the Founders Den that creates location-based applications and software. He is also developing patent applications for fellow entrepreneurs with his newest venture, a "Patent Catalyst," called Connected Patents. In his "civilian" life Jaz is an Audi aficiando, a passionate photographer, a surfer and an ardent supporter of the Recording Academy's GRAMMYFoundation and MusiCares.
