Over the years I have worked in Big Pharma, smaller biopharma, and digital health startup companies.

I have very strong values with both career and family. Being a great father and husband is something I will always strive to be.

I see my role just like an entrepreneur approaches his business by analysing, evaluation, listening to those around us and while stealing the best ideas, continue to look for solutions where others might have not yet looked. This makes the differential factor that drives better outcomes.

I have had the privilege to work with incredible people suffering from the toughest and life threatening conditions. One of the biggest reward I have had the opportunity to receive was the thankfulness of patients for some initiatives I had done for their community.

In my latest leadership role in ophthalmology, and during the covid-19 pandemic, I had the privilege to try multiple market initiatives from classic customer engages to a multiple layer customer focus team redeployment and by testing many digital consumer, patients and customer engagement campaigns and programs.

Some done under corporate umbrella are no longer available, but some are still there. Feel free to look them up and understand what can be achieved when we spend time listening to patients and HCPs in a world too often driven by speed and short term gain.
