Jeanne PASCAL

Hello everyone, I introduce myself.

I am Jeanne PASCAL, I am 23 years old and I am a student in Master’s degree Entrepreneurial Support.

Indeed, today I become aware that entrepreneurship is an environment which has fascinated me since my youngest age, without knowing it.

Indeed, thanks to my relatives who are entrepreneurs, I evolved and grew up in a context convenient to this dynamics, which makes me today someone enthusiastic by the spirit of initiative.

I ignore if a passion is innate or if it acquires itself in time, but if I am here today, it’s not a coincidence. My example shows that there is well one part of innate.

Originally I was attracted by psychology and human relations of general manners. I notice today that this job of entrepreneurial support connects well these two dimensions.

Actually, I give a lot of importance to human dimensions and any form of relations between people.

My philosophy of life and at work is that we are brought to spend more time to the office than at home, it’s thus essential to maintain pleasant relations between team members but also with customers. I’m really interested in the quality of the exchanges and the relations because the more we work in optimal conditions, the more we shall been effective and successful.

My life’s philosophy is inspired by this known sentence " they didn’t know that it was impossible, then they made it "

Indeed, I think in life it’s essential and constructive to believe in its dreams, to be fascinated, to go at the end of things unless something stops us, to consider us invincible. All this, presents for me the key of the success. Because to believe in its dreams, means to exist.

My motivation and tenacity I have is owe to my father, who has known how to transmit it to me in his way. I shall always remember myself of these words when I was a child, he told me " in the life my daughter you make what you want, so much that you make a success ".

To finish and reconnect my vision to see things to entrepreneurship, it would be for me a challenge, an ultimate objective to create my company. I consider that if I became an expert or professional in support, I shall be in full capacity to go up my company but especially to perpetuate it.
