Fascinated by the shifting landscape of the customer experience and the power customers have now. More importantly, I love being a mom to 2 boys and part of a great family. I thrive on smart conversations with even smarter people. I love laughing and seeing humor everywhere.

I speak, write, consult and generally think about how the small experiences we have each day - going to the bank, ordering online, tweeting - create the greater experience of our lives. It's what I do every day as CEO & Chief Customer Investigator. My company 360Connext serves mid-market companies and larger by helping them evaluate their true customer experience. The evaluations always lead to improvements which lead to results like increased online conversions or loyalty.

As a small business owner/harried working mother, I'm constantly looking for ways to do it faster, better, cheaper, but with greater results.
