Jeannie is a former professional athlete. After she played professional fastpitch softball for the Phoenix Flames, she started coaching and eventually became the Head Softball Coach for Agnes Scott College while pursuing her Master's degree from Georgia State University. She began her career in the corporate world in 2008. After several years in sales, she started training sales executives.

Trained in DISC, Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler, Solution Selling, Consultative Sales, and SPIN. Jeannie finds herself to be a data-driven person. “Data can indicate where performance gaps are, tell you where your ROI is to help with budgeting, etc.”

Four years later, Jeannie started developing sales playbooks, battle cards, comprehensive onboarding, continuous training, email sequences, and creating collateral for the sales teams. She has mostly worked for startups and small companies that didn't have an employee dedicated to sales enablement, business strategy, or operations.

She has purchased enablement tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Klue, Outreach, Gong, and many more for over four years. Her other responsibilities were to create 3 and 5-year growth plans, reconfigure Salesforce for two different organizations for optimal workflows, and the ability to report all needed functions in every department, and conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities leading to the development of targeted content that increased conversion rate by 20%.

Jeannie resides near St. Louis, MO, with her husband, elementary-aged twins, and two pit bulls.
