Jeff Biesman

A seasoned marketing executive, Jeff Biesman launched his career in advertising analytics and marketing strategy development after completing his undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Texas at Austin. Initially a marketing and brand manager for retail lines, such as Converse and LA Gear, Jeff Biesman achieved a record of success that led to an appointment as product manager with the Walt Disney Company in 1998. During his tenure at Walt Disney, he successfully oversaw the penetration of the ESPN brand into the sports video game market and the launch of the Who Wants to be a Millionaire franchise.

Jeff Biesman joined Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment in 2000 as a director of online acquisition, retention, and analytical marketing and later transitioned to financial sector as a marketing executive at Bank of America in 2004. At Bank of America, Biesman developed a broad-based background in commercial finance and was responsible for an annual marketing budget of $265 million. Since 2014, he has been with YP as the vice president of customer acquisition and retention marketing.

Jeff Biesman also remains involved with early-stage startups through incubators such as Start Engine and LA Mentor Night. He is additionally a strategy consultant with The Marketing Advisors and DocStoc.com.
