An accomplished real estate executive based in Newport Beach, California, Jeffrey Klein has planned and developed commercial, industrial, and resort projects totaling more than 3.5 million square feet. Together with more than 600 residential units located throughout the states of Hawaii, California, and Colorado, his real estate projects feature a total completion value of $3.6 billion. Jeffrey Klein’s most prominent real estate projects include the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California, which plays host to the Queen Mary hotel, a 400-slip marina, and over 1 million square feet of themed mixed-use property.

Earlier in his career, Jeffrey Klein operated a business partnership with the King Family Trust in Taiwan. For nearly 13 years, he worked closely with the trust to develop 950 residential multifamily units and 2 million square feet of commercial and hospitality properties in California. Mr. Klein also spent several years with the Janes Group, where he acted as a minority partner and EVP to arrange for more than $65 million in overseas equity capital for nine residential projects in Southern California.
