Over 23+ years, Jeff has led capital markets and strategic initiatives across public and private companies, structuring complex financings, building institutional investor platforms, and helping leadership teams align asset strategy with capital structure and investor expectations. Most recently, Jeff lead Capital Markets & Strategy at Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR), where he built the company’s U.S. capital markets platform, executed over $2B in structured financings, and directed capital-allocation strategy as the business evolves from Bitcoin mining into HPC / AI colocation infrastructure.

His experience spans digital infrastructure, HPC / AI data centers, energy, healthcare, and highly regulated industries. He works closely with technical and operating teams but focus on feasibility, economics, and capital efficiency ensuring growth strategies are credible, financeable, and executable in real-world market conditions.

Jeff is particularly interested in executive roles where companies are transitioning business models, preparing for the public markets, or scaling infrastructure platforms that require disciplined capital allocation and clear investor communication.

Viaspace is a vertically integrated market pioneer in the recently developed Industrial Hemp & CBD Market. J. LaBerge participated in an integral responsibility in Viaspace's development. Under his leadership, the company was one of the very first to legally plant hemp in California. Viaspace already has 105 acres of high CBD hemp settled with programs to swiftly broaden in 2020 and beyond.
