An experienced sales and marketing professional and a longtime resident of Charlotte, NC, Jeff Weiss prepared for his career by studying finance and computer science at the University of Florida (UF) in Gainesville. While attending UF, he served tenures as treasurer and social chairman of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and represented the organization in intermural competitions for tennis and swimming. Mr. Weiss completed his associate of arts in 1986 and subsequently obtained employment as a Senior National Account District Manager with Automatic Data Processing in Orlando, Florida, where he earned admittance to the President's Club every year in which he was eligible.

Jeff Weiss went on to serve as a National Sales and Marketing manager with the Orlando office of Amdahl and as Vice President of Sales and Marketing with the Charlotte, NC, office of Tactics. He later held roles as Senior Principal with the Atlanta offices of TSC and as a General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Intercede Services before joining NAVEX Global, where he worked in a series of senior leadership positions.
