I'm just a guy who's banged his head and stubbed his toes enough that just maybe I could advise people on how not to bang their heads and possibly give pointers on avoiding those pesky toe injuries. All levity aside, I have lived a sometimes interesting and at times traumatic existence.

I know there are those who have been through worse and have lost just as I have. It is my hope that one of these many words I seem to spout endlessly helps someone.

To those who have lost always remember there are those who were never fortunate enough to lose. Do not pity me for my hardships and what I have lost, envy me that I had so much to lose. - jm
