He has funded leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and capital expenditures, and he has provided traditional bank loans to individuals and businesses. In addition, he has helped corporations secure financing and issue high-yield bonds. Preparing for his career, Jeffrey Bracchitta completed a BS in computer science and finance at Manhattan College in New York City. He also holds series 7 and 63 licenses.

In his leisure time, Jeffrey Bracchitta maintains an active lifestyle by running and playing golf.
