Jeffrie DCosta

Jeffrie D'Costa serves as a vice president and general manager at the Parkersburg, West Virginia, office of the multinational corporation SirNaik. Drawing on more than 25 years of diverse experience in the manufacturing sector, he oversees profit-and-loss responsibility, operations, and strategic leadership for the SirNaik subsidiaries Evergreen Transportation, Green Sustainable Solutions, and Atlas Steel & Supply. After joining SirNaik in 2012, Jeffrie D'Costa designed and implemented a business overhaul plan that generated a 30 percent increase in sales revenue and operating income within two years.

Earlier in his career, Mr. D'Costa served as a plant manager for the coated paper substrates manufacturer International Paper. There, he achieved savings of over $500,000 by executing one Black Belt and three Green Belt Six Sigma lean manufacturing projects. Jeffrie D'Costa also has worked as a plant manager for the International Converter division of Packaging Dynamics, where he secured favorable agreements with raw material suppliers and introduced process improvements that together facilitated greater productivity, continuing growth, and sustained profitability.

At the West Virginia Institute of Technology, Jeffrie D'Costa received a BS in electronic engineering technology. He currently provides leadership for the West Virginia United Health Care System (WVUHS) as an appointed board member. Prior to the acquisition of St. Joseph’s Hospital by WVUHS, he served for six years on the hospital’s board of directors and held the position of president of the board during the last two years.
