Jenn Kim

Jenn Kim, a former Ogilvy marketing consultant, is a rising star in the Chicagoland real estate market. With her specialized expertise, Jenn produces strategic marketing plans that save her clients both time and money.

Jenn, prone to details and with an eye for style, has a strong passion for interior design. As a designated ASP, she offers expert staging advice to increase home appeal. Jenn has also worked with clients to redesign their interiors, dramatically adding value to their homes.

Jenn specializes in working with busy professionals interested in living in the Near North neighborhoods of Chicago, such as, the Loop, River North, Streeterville, Gold Coast, Old Town, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Lincoln Park and Lakeview. Jenn understands the busy schedules of working professionals and always accommodates demanding schedules.

Jenn has been involved in charitable Chicagoland organizations for over 15 years. She is currently on the Junior Board of the Off The Street Club, Chicago’s longest running boys and girls club.

Jenn is an avid Mixed Martial Arts practitioner, training with elite MMA fighters in Chicago, as well as, in South Korea. She is also an amateur food critic having dined in over 450 Chicago restaurants. She currently lives in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.
