Jenne recently completed a Master of Music degree at Westminster Choir College in Voice Performance and Pedagogy. She has performed the leading roles of The Queen of the Night in The Magic Flute, The Dew Fairy in Hansel and Gretel, Oberto in Alcina, Yum-Yum in the Mikado and Serpina in La Serva Padrona. She has been featured as a soloist with Westminster Opera Theater, Westminster Kantorei and Kinnara Ensemble. She was featured in Opera New Jersey's productions of Madame Butterfly and Tosca. As a Resident Artist with Underworld Productions Opera, she performed in the NY staged premiere of Clarence and Anita. Jenne has presented solo concerts in the United States, Canada and Japan and has toured Europe and Israel as a member of the World Youth Choir.
Jenne is passionate about teaching voice. Her approach is a kind, patient and encouraging one with the goal of building healthy technique to allow students of all ages and abilities to sing comfortably and confidently. Jenne's students have joined elite choirs, scored highly in Music Development Program assessments and have been accepted into undergraduate and graduate vocal performance programs at prestigious music schools accross the country. Jenne currently teaches voice at Rutgers University and is also Adjunct Faculty at Ocean County College in the department of Fine Arts where she teaches Applied Voice and Intro to Music Appreciation. Jenne is a member of the Rutgers Speakers Bureau and shares her knowledge and expertise on a number of vocal and musical topics.
