Music has always been my sanctuary and an escape from life. After high school I dreamed of becoming a music video director for MTV. Of course this dream faded as did the amount of videos on the famous television channel. As an adult I discovered my knack for business, management, and organization.
Eventually when I began traveling all over the country to see live music, my dreams took on new shape. I began school online at Full Sail University and pursued a degree in Entertainment Business. Someday I hope to have my own business creating and running live concerts, events, and festivals.
Currently I write for an online magazine called Indie Music Reviewer (IMR). This opportunity has really allowed me to find my passion of bringing amazing music to the masses. The magazine has grown tremendously since I began writing and I am eager to see where this opportunity could lead. My hopes for the future are that IMR can run several festivals a year all over the country and I am excited to be a part of it. Everyday I strive twoards my goals and am reminded that music is life.
As a passionate sports fan from Philadelphia, I am a die hard Eagles and Flyers fan but nothing beats the joy of baseball season. My favorite time of year is anytime the Phillies are playing. If music is my escape from life, Citizens Bank Park is my home.
For me writing is the best way to express how I feel. It is theraputic to release what I'm feeling onto paper or a computer screen. My ideas become real and tangible. My ability to write comes from years of getting lost in reading. Books feed my imagination and bring life to fascinations and dreams.
I find happiness in art, entertainment, and the creative aspects of life. My dreams, my goals, my passions, and my hobbies are who I am. Every piece of this puzzle makes me complete and allows me to express myself in a wonderful way.
