Jennifer possesses a proven track record in residential development sales from pre-launch sales initiatives to the closing and delivery of new projects. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, she has successfully been involved in the launch and sell-out of multiple high-profile properties in Miami, Broward, Orlando and Nassau, Bahamas.

Prior to venturing off on her own, Jennifer was the Director of Development Sales Operations for ONE Sotheby's International Realty, which grew to rank within the Top 5 firms for the global enterprise during her tenure, where she focused on business development, sales processes, project launch strategies, positioning objectives, market analysis, pricing developments, managing sales teams as well as recruiting and training.

During her employment with the firm from 2013 to 2017, she and the ONE Sotheby's International Realty's team grew the exclusive development portfolio five-fold, representing South Florida's most elite residential developments & developers, managing over 16 projects and $3B in residential and mixed-use development inventory.

Prior to her involvement with ONE Sotheby's, Jennifer was with Fortune International Group (formerly Fortune International Realty), where she was instrumental in the re-launch of iconbrickell in 2010, a $1B development. After the firm achieved record breaking sell-out in less than 18 months, Jennifer transitioned the iconbrickell office to a general real estate branch, profitably capturing over 25% of the iconbrickell resale market share under her direction as Sales Manager.
