I'm a spark of diamond, who writes poetry and songs, who sings in harmony with the universe; but instead of making beautiful music I hold down the keys of the piano and sound offkey and have let traumatic events get the better of me!

30 years spent in Advertising and Marketing, then 10 years as a therapist for Touch For Health and I became a ITEC trained massage and remedial therapist. I trained with the SNU as a Spiritualist medium and the next 10 years nursed 7 of my family in 5 different towns to the end of their days - they passed peacefully aware where they were going to- it was beautiful to see the peaceful change they went through!

Then I had a huge heart attack, I've had three and have three stents in my officially large heart that keep me alive, then I fell down 15 stairs head-over-heels literally, and damaged my knee, now I have diabetes; so my body is a wreck and my spirit flies free... After I had nursed my partner with stroke, amputation, blood poisioning, pneumonia, finally the Superbug until he passed, I came to a full stop. It took three years to get going again. I started a degree as an older student at Manchester Univsity, studying Theology and Archeology but Dad died on my first day of exams and mum did the same year at the start of my resits - I left, I stopped living!!!

Three years later I wanted to spend Christmas with a boyfriend and replied to three ads, ending up with an 80 yr old, a 38 yr old and a 50 yr old! The oldest was a perfect genleman, a lovely lively man but just too old for me. The second I was afraid would think me too old so I lied (never again) I did not think it would last, so tole the lie, taking 10 years off my life. We had a wonderful time, we got on famously, enjoyed the same things and I feel in love with him. Eighteen months later I thought it time to tell him the truth, it meant I was eighteen or so years older than him and unfortunately a year older than his mother - he was livid and he never spoke to me again! The 50 year old, OMG he had me in hysterics laughing on the phone! We talked nearly every night, he spent a fortune on phoning me, we discussed everything I'm Scottish so that came up, growing eating Pac Chow (I don't know how to spell it) but he taught me how to cook it - I'm a good cook, I did City and Guilds Catering Course and gained a distinction - to my surprise!
