I am passionate about connecting & creating success. Connecting people, departments, clients, communities, and the dots in general. I am endlessly curious. I am at my best when I'm listening to needs, identifying new paths, and helping implement those to benefit everyone involved.

I was the very first Customer Success hire at Placer.ai - now with a team 70+ strong, I head up our Customer Training & Education programs, with an eye toward revenue (of course). Being an integral part of this rapid growth has been rewarding - and we have so much more to do!

Industries I've worked/played in and genuinely loved: startup SaaS, location analytics, real estate (commercial & residential), retail, hospitality, automotive/tech, skincare/beauty, education - and I am (very luckily!) learning new industries all the time.

I live in Atlanta, work throughout most of the US, and (again, luckily) get to play all over the world.

My degrees are in Organizational Communication & Marketing, plus the MBA. I believe in being a student forever, in some capacity.

Qualities that are important to me, in both myself and my teams: trust, transparency, optimism, courage, flexibility, open-mindedness, productivity, enthusiasm.

One of my long-term leaders often called me "the glue" - or simply the center of the wheel, keeping everything moving and the team on track. That sums up a lot of what I love to do - keeping everyone & everything connected, running, and on pace to achieve & surpass our goals.

Finally, I like stuff. Stuff includes books, travel, animals, history, wellness, movies, marketing, retail, social media, people, and learning new things in general. Also, baked goods. Yum.
