As the very first Customer Success hire at Placer.ai, I helped grow the team from the ground up to over 100 strong. Once the team reached this milestone, I transitioned into leading our Customer Education program, where I now oversee educational strategy, manage the Placer Academy, and run large-scale customer training webinars. My focus is on delivering impactful education that empowers our customers to leverage location analytics effectively, driving both their success and ours.

Based in Atlanta and working across the U.S., I’ve been fortunate to engage with teams and clients worldwide. I firmly believe in lifelong learning as a key to both personal and professional growth.
