Jessie Rubin

I am currently a senior at Binghamton University majoring in English (concentration, Rhetoric) and I play tennis for the America East Division 1 BU Women's Tennis team.

I was Vice President of Hillel-JSU at Binghamton University for the 2011-2012 academic year. During my term, I coordinated and directed a benefit concert for Save a Child's Heart (http://www.saveachildsheart.org/).

For the summer of 2012 I will be interning in the Editorial Department of VH1 at MTV Networks. I will also be updating my own music blog, HeadphonePoetry (http://headphonepoetry.wordpress.com/).

I interned at Fox News Channel for the last two summers. Summer 2010, I was an intern for Sean Hannity and worked on his blog and his live show. Summer 2011, I interned in the Promotions department where I blogged for the Fox News Insider, produced online segments for the Wall Street Journal, and assisted producers with their projects.

I love photography, I have 4 cameras (Nikon D3000, Canon AE-1, Canon Powershot, and a Holga). I love working and learning with film and digital, both manual and automatic. I also love collecting records, discovering different types of music, dancing, working out, bike riding, and crafting.
